Include conda environment setup

Description

This PR addresses Issue #309 adding a Conda Environment file (i.e. openmined_courses_conda_env.yml) to the repository, along with updated installation instructions (see README.md).

The new openminded-courses environment will install required dependencies from conda repositories ( whenever available). Selected channels include:

pytorch for pytorch and torchvision
conda-forge

Note:

torch and torchvision are included to make sure that they will have no conflicts with other packages within the (conda) environment
- specified versions are compliant (i.e. exactly the same) included in syft dependencies to avoid re-installation as soon as syft will be installed via pip (e.g. the latest w/ Py3.9 on conda would be torch 1.8.1)
syft has already been included in the list of pip dependencies
No specific version is included apart from forbiddenfruit (cced from requirements.txt), and Python, so guaranteeing Python 3.6+ installation, as reported in the instructions.

How has this been tested?

Tested the environment setup on both macOS and linux (I have no Windows machine available, unfortunately) using either Python 3.8;3.9
