clarification cref, OMS html doc #1142

As someone who just started using OMSimulator, I initially found it a bit confusing what "cref" represented and how to use it, when looking in the OMSimulatorPython html doc. It would be really neat with a short explanation of what it is etc. at the start of the doc.
