Approach

Provide link anchor to use from OpenModelica User's Guide.

@arun3688 is this how we do cross-referencing or is there a way to refer to something in the OMSimulator User's Guide without needing to merge this and update the OMSimulator submodule in OpenModelica/OpenModelica?
