The following variables of the model Buildings.Fluid.Chillers.Validation.Carnot_TEva_reverseFlow fail the verification vs the Dymola reference file:

chi.sta_b1.T
chi.sta_a1.T

both of them are calculated by using the Media model and the actualStream() operator (flow reversal is allowed).

The verification fails in zero-flow condition, where the behavior of the actualStream() operator is tool-dependent:

@mwetter usual story: should we exclude temperature signals that are unreliable in some time intervals?
