I'm seeing the same thing, trying to get an OMDev environment set up according to the instructions.

The error message says in english

.\SETUP_OMDEV_Qt5.bat patch Qt5 files The system cannot find the path specified. '.\qtbinpatcher' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. I think qtbinpatcher is not needed since we updated the msys to ucrt. The batch file is still using the old commands. @adrpo knows more.
