It should, probably, be BuildRequires. Sigh!.

After all, it's not openmodelica that needs it. It is CMake (at runtime) for OpenModelica at build time.

@sjoelund The previous one did not work. I guess it should actually have been BuildRequires. We can try this.

I am going to merge this and someone can hopefully restart the job so we can see if there is more issues.
