Remove duplicate listing of omsi headers. #18

Headers are added in debian/omc-common.install with include/omc being installed already.

The problem with moving them between packages as now is that apt upgrade will fail (because it installs omc-common first, before libomcsimulation). So we would have a lot of people saying they cannot upgrade from 1.18 to 1.19 (when we make the release)
