MCMod.info, and README.md Update #15

I have written some more things in the README, and I have thrown together a mcmod.info file for you guys, I just thought I might as well help. :)

The mcmod.info file isn't necessary, as they inject all of that information through a DummyModContainer.

You just don't see it because they don't set autogenerated to false.
