Placing a Peripheral Proxy next to a Hardened Energy Cell from Thermal Expansion corrupts the save making it unusable

OP Core: 0.3.1 OP Addons: 0.1.1 TE: 3.0.0.7

Your report right now is useless to us. Crash report or full log please.

Also, please not that this isn't recent version of both OPC and OPA.

Forgot about pastebin. I have tried the newest versions of OPC and OPA with no success.

boq commented 10 years ago

Old versions don't support ComputerCraft 1.6X. OPC 0.4 and OPA 0.1.3 have separate download links for new CC. If that doesn't work, downgrade to CC 1.63 if possible and report here.

I was unable to recreate the error using a newest version of OPC and OPA. The map is still unusable however.

boq commented 10 years ago

Please define "unusable". With crashlogs. Or at least more than in word.

KpuruBear commented 10 years ago

Im not on my home computer at the moment so i cant get you a crashlog. But whenever i try to load the world i crash to desktop.

nevercast commented 10 years ago

Any luck obtaining those crashlogs?

KpuruBear commented 10 years ago

I have formatted recently and lost the crash logs. I can try to recreate the crash though

Use MCEdit to fix if you still have a world save with this issue, delete any offending tile entities. This issue is almost a year old now and you've mentioned it's not a problem with up-to-date versions of OPC and OPA.

Closing as invalid.
