Sensors need reimplementing #6

Sensors need to be added in.

They should be able to scan for entities (minecarts, players, mobs, items), and maybe also the 'sonic scan' too, although I don't think anyone actually ended up using that, so I'm not sure if it's worth adding that back in.

I don't think there's much point in having range upgrades or anything like that.
