XSLT file to accompany /op_dump output

This file can be used to transform the output of /op_dump into readable html. Works with xmlcopyeditor, but should work with pretty much any xml processor. Feasibility of doing this automatically from the mod itself is left as an exercise for people smarter than me.

To use: open the output of /op_dump in an xml processor, then tell it to transform the xml using this xsl file. Load the resulting output in your browser.
