Note: This will not work on any blocks that have been placed by builders wands etc. The fix for block hardness is out, and if you ever want to swap the blocks out, you would probably have to use the builders wands again. Just be reminded that everytime you use those to place fences, you probably will get damage from them, even if you placed them. Place them manually if you do not want this to happen.
