Wine error #428

Describe the bug Doesnt work on wine (linux, fedora 38)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install wine on linux
  2. Download installer
  3. Run the installer using wine and install it
  4. Run OpenNBS

Expected behavior Run.
