Not really an issue: Upload to OPAR #1

Hi Jonathan,

I'd like to ask if you would upload your add on to OPAR (http://opar.perl-services.de). This add on looks interesting...

Hi Renée,

the OpenNMS OTRS package is several years old now, and only works with versions up to 2.4.x (some of the OTRS internals changed since then and it is no longer necessary). But feel free to add it if you think it would be helpful.
