Remove "open in new window" option #4

Since the library doesn't contain the code to open the code in a separate window. It now throws an error (unless you're running it in the demo db).

Or we make this configurable. Means that you can define on which an open should be executed and if nothing defined, the link is hidden.

Should I implement that?

No, I would vote against that. Let's keep it simple in this first release.
