Add ability to include SSL certificates for deployment #22

There are three ways I can see being useful:

.p12 file + password used directly
cert + key + chain files, auto-combined into a .p12 file with randomized password
Pulling from the server's active .kyr file (or a named one), converted with kyrtool

This is a "maybe" kind of feature. Ideally, these apps should be fronted with a reverse proxy (either manually or via https://github.com/OpenNTF/openliberty-domino/issues/30 ), and so having Liberty itself provide SSL is less important. I'll have to investigate the implications for HTTP/2, though.
