Add mojo to build an NSF from a WAR module #302

It should be doable to add a mechanism to build a practical NSF out of the contents of a WAR-packaged Maven module.

Such an NSF could make assumptions about the presence of the XPages JEE Support library. Additionally, it could look to a src/main/odp directory for additional files to merge in when constructing the target.
