#284 fix broke importing fgms, tex etc into an ovl #285

Describe the bug extrac is fine, create just broke for fgm, and tex (files with dependencies).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Create a new ovl or drag a tex or a fgm into any ovl.

Expected behavior should work, but.. it fails :)
