Support for `Planet Coaster 2` #401

Planet Coaster 2 is coming very soon, we gotta be prepared for what's to come.

[x] run 'Generate Hash Table' to get the list of file/hashes in constants/
[x] run 'Inspect FGM' to get shader constants
[x] populate texture splitting map using experimentals/prep_textures_dict.py
- [ ] fill it in
