Contextualization configuration, defaults overrides #34

Provide a way to customize the contextualization on the guest via a separate configuration file. See https://github.com/OpenNebula/addon-context-linux/issues/102#issuecomment-367403767

Goals:

way to override defaults
way to disable particular scripts (IP config., resolver, user management, ...)
way to select among scripts dealing with single problem (e.g., choose network cfg. renderer)
?? move base scripts from /etc/ to /usr/lib/, leave the /etc only for custom user scripts ??
runtime directory (/var/run) should be configurable (??)
