Greetings, all subscribed DELTA users, We inform you that DELTA is updated as follows.

Improvements
- Updated Web UI
  - Added a dynamic configuration pane
  - Added Log tab that enables monitoring for all agents
- Added an OpenDaylight Carbon App Agent
- Added an ONOS v1.9 App Agent
Bug Fixes
- Resolved some issues in a hardware test bed
