Adding Testbed VM to the project #47

I was working on trials using this project and created one VM that can be used as testbed, hope it helps people to quick start their trials and not to face issues with linux and python versions.

Hi, thank you for your contribution. Unfortunately, we're not managing this repository, because we moved it into our lab's repository (https://github.com/nss-lab/DELTA).

It would be great if you ask a pull request again in the new repository. Also, I'll check your prebuilt vm, and send you some feedbacks via your email if necessary.
