Alert someone about problems with sync-forks #26

We now have a workflow to sync our forks in this repo with their upstream parents:

create forks: runs regularly to make a fork of every repository in https://github.com/OpenNeuroDatasets that doesn't have a fork yet
sync forks: runs regularly to merge upstream changes into our forks

But there can be problems:

an upstream repo can have been deleted since we created a fork
there can be merge conflicts between the fork and the upstream parent

And we should have some kind of check + warning for such cases. Maybe just open an issue in this repo here.
