Fetched in submodule path 'code/containers', but it did not contain e66b2d83acd2b34403f0ce8c8da196908d9a2741. Direct fetching of that commit failed.

any ideas where e66b2d83acd2b34403f0ce8c8da196908d9a2741 came from? I don't remember force pushing anything to that repo to cause such a lost commit/jump

Nice catch, this dataset was run with an rc version of fmriprep (21.0.0rc2), so my guess is I added that to containers myself and added my own commit, which isn't available publicly (or privately - sometimes I get weird merge issues and I just reinstall a fresh version of containers). I'll try to avoid this issue in the future.
