clean up unnecessary accounts #132

during dev I created a few accounts that we found better solutions for. Need to close:

DNSimple (went with SSL FastTrack)
Auth0 (wrote our own with django-sesame)
maybe others

hmm, so if I delete the Auth0 account, looks like that user domain (opennews.auth0.com) might be forever unavailable. I guess I'll just disable the integrations and leave the account alone, juuuuust in case.
