Automated Release deployment of windows version #55

Following up from #44 it be good to find a way to do same as for Linux version #36 where there is auto deployment to create the windows version as well. (and Ideally for Mac too)

Got the auto deployment working on Travis using electron builder, closing this altho need someone to test on windows to double check it works
