import srt file for converting into transcriptions and do paper-editing

thins now makes it possible to do round trip into auto edit, get auto caption export to do something with other software if needed and then back into autoEdit for paper-editing etc.. or just work with existing transcriptions users might already have as srt

• [x] Added support for BBC Kaldi, for BBC employee when on BBC network
• [x] uses BBC Octo Kaldi STT SDK to make request
• [x] module to convert BBC Kaldi STT Json to autoEdit json
• [x] uses BBC email as credentials in autoEdit settings
• [x] In new transcription form view add check that If email not present give alert to go to settings and add it
• [x] In settings when saving BBC email regex check that email ends with *@bbc.co.uk and has one dot before
