FR 180 some backend changes #185

added parameter to addCoin called silent_add, so if true then we ju…st save item, instead of opening dialog
Colnect, some more changes here:
- if silent, we have sleep for few seconds (configurable, could be global configuration) between the items, we dont want to flood CN
- change timeout for each of calls from 10s to 30s (30s should be minimal, for image we have twice the configuration)
- max items is configurable

Do we really need so big timeouts?

Now we have limits: 1000 requests per day and 10000 per month for every user
