5.55 Support #117

Please note this is a direct port from 5.05 fw offsets. No newly added patches, features, or anything. Tested Mira Loader+Mira Hen (.elf), Mira Loader+SiSTR0 Hen (.bin), and LogServer plugin. All are working.

Hi, sorry if this is stupid to ask, but could someone tell me how to get the Mira elf file for 5.55? Do I need to compile it, I’m honestly so lost.
