Remove bad ioctl hook. #63

According to LM it's related to "fakekit" stuff, this is what is probably breaking games in #61.

Confirmed fixes Trackmania Turbo and other games that were failing to boot on my end.

Turns out this ioctl is required for libc/libSceFios2 loading from common for homebrew, so I'll close for now.
