I recently purchased a tablet that runs Windows 8.1 and I installed OOM. The tablet has an active stylus with buttons for precision mouse-like inputs, but it doesn't work in OOM. I can't use it to select items or buttons. Using my fingers does work, but it lacks the precision, and there's no way to use the stylus buttons.
I can use the active stylus in OCAD6 and other Windows programs, so I think that the issue can be resolved in OOM somehow.
Once the stylus input stuff is fixed, I think OOM would work well on a Windows 8.1 tablet, since I can use commands that require the shift or control keys by using an on-screen keyboard.
