I am trying to use an iPhone app (imapit pro) to export .dxf files for use in Open Orienteering Mapper. I have had no luck getting OOM to read these files. In fact, I cannot get OOM to import any .dxf files, and always get an error that the file is not a .dxf file.
Can you please send me a .dxf file that OOM can import? My email address is dw.orienteer@gmail.com I would like to use such a file as a model that can teach me what they should look like. If there are any unusual procedures or common mistakes with respect to importing .dxf files into OOM, I would appreciate any advice.
I have got files that work but I can't give them away.
The import works for a very limited subset of this file format. We may add additional features if we receive test files (which we handle confidentially).
