Chapter 5.1 semantic data types are missing

Based in the XML Schema from 31.3.2022, the following semantic data types are needed:

• Identifier type (similar to MLR 4.2.6)
  • Content
  • Scheme Identifier
• Date (as in MLR 4.2.7)
• Country code (similar to MLR 4.29 but with different content)
• Text (as in MLR 4.2.10)
