The introduction to chapter 6 is copy pasted from chapter 5 - please remove
The sub-level "6.1" is imho not needed
Chapter "6.1.1" can be removed, because we don't have any element of type "code"
Imho chapter "6.1.2" can become "6.1"
Chapter "6.2" is fine again ;-)

When removing things on the top, the number of succeeding chapters change.
