Clearify description for "Replace" in DocumentStatusCode

We have said that replace/cancellation can be sent up until invoice is generated/sent. This is to late in the process, it should not be possible to send replace/cancellation after the receipt of goods/service have been done (still before invoice).

Looks perfect to me! And perfect that we cover both scenarios, just in case the buyer is not using receipt advice. Closing issue.

"Just a comment that I believe is relevant. If the DespatchAdvice was sent after delivery to start with, then replacement and cancellation still needs to be sent sometimes. In that case the new text does not describe the correct case, as I see it."

@RikardLarsson-BEAst Adjust description so that we instead of talking about "not be sent after the goods or services have been received or invoiced", we talk about "not be sent after a receipt advice have been sent or goods/services invoiced".
