Add ActualDeliveryDate+Time and ManufactureTime

Business justification: When a Despatch Advice is sent both before and after the delivery the receiver needs ActualDeliveryDate+Time to be able to follow up delivery precision. ManufactureTime is needed to track that products with a short lifespan is still usable when the product is received.

Change: Add ActualDeliveryDate+Time and ManufactureTime to transaction documentation and add description to BIS to explain the different usages of the dates.
