ISO 6523 ICD missing value Swedish VAT number (9955) #20

ISO 5523 ICD is missing a value in a codelist that Peppol has created. It is regarding a Swedish VAT number, that already was added to the ICD list in 2017, but Peppol has not added this value.

Suggested change: Please add this value to codelist in branch logistics-first-release.

There has been submitted a bugfix (by @RikardLarsson-BEAst) on the codelist ISO 6523 that is also in use for the Despatch Advice that is part of PoAC.

It might be that the 9000-series numbers are not supposed to be part of this codelist, but we are waiting on more info on the bug reported to OpenPeppol before doing any more changes to the Advanced Despatch Advice. For now, we are keeping the Swedish VAT value in ISO 6523 ICD.
