Insurance-elements for Consignment in TransportExecutionPlanRequest

The usecase for "TotalInvoiceAmount" on Consignment in TransportExecutionPlanRequest is purely related to insurance.

We have therefore agreed on removing "TotalInvoiceAmount" and replace this with a more suitable element.

Tasks:

• [ ] Add InsuranceInvoiceAmount
