Remove FreightForwarder from TransportExecutionPlanRequest #48

We currently have both TransportProvider and FreightForwarder in Consignment for TransportExecutionPlanRequest. As discussed in the meeting on Monday February 27th, we do not have the need for this in the request. In a request, these party would in all cases be the same. Therefore, we have agreed to remove FreightForwarder.
