Clearify when to use different branches test-cs / main #9

Have a discussion with OpenPeppol regarding the use of main and test-cs. When will we be using test? When will "main" be locked? How can we secure the visibility of the test on the test url? Is it only main that is visible here?

These questions needs to be raised to and answered by operating office (Jerry).

These clearifications has been made. We will do a merge to main with the "first" release as a starting point.

We will then only work with test-cs in the upcomming months, not merging together with main before closer to final publish.

test-cs is also the branch that is visible on the website url: https://test-docs.peppol.eu/logistics/test-cs/
