if the s2noise is set to a value of 1 - everything will be invalid. But this is unrealistic value. I suggest first to check what is the distribution of the s2noise values and then applying the value the marks 5% of the vectors and test.
I run with the test image and got OK results. But once start using postprocessing, the vectors are all marked as 100% invalid. It seems the red vector means that they have been replaced ?
did not use any additional valication/processing, just the simplest procedure with no checkbox. I also attached the Lab_Book and bash output. Lab_Book.txt bash.txt
