Bindings for orientation of cameras by gradient descent. #139

Note that the orientation flags are passed now in a more configuration-friendly way. I didn't want to create a special parameter class for the flags struct, seems like too much infrastructure forjust one use.

I have tested successfully the pull request branch of @yosefm and it works perfectly well.
