Single camera case #158

After a long fight with git that I ruined by my own merging (oops), I'm back with this pull request for the single camera case Previous round of comments are all implemented: epipolar.pxd single_cam_point_positions point_positions is general for both multi- and single-cam case correspondences has a shortcut for the single camera case
