Updated and completed all docstrings, added Sphinx documentation, also hosted on ReadTheDocs for the reviewers' and users' convenience.

This is a very good and clean submission. The documentation on the readthedocs look great. I strongly support merging it and start writing the documentation for openptv in the same mode, if possible.
