People: Manual Fixes / Corrections / Enhancements (DRAFT ISSUE)

Some of the fields require manual corrections in order to work as input for the platform (see also https://github.com/OpenParliamentTV/OpenParliamentTV-Wikidata-Service/blob/main/API.md#3-data-items). As of now that's:

• thumbnailURI
  • replace original with thumb, see Python example here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/33689980/get-thumbnail-image-from-wikimedia-commons (thumb width should be 300px)
• embedURI (depends on type, to be discussed)
• degree (probably manual RegEx / Replace)
• party -> WikidataID instead of label
• faction ?
• gender (probably manual RegEx / Replace)
• socialMediaURIs & additionalInformation (see https://github.com/OpenParliamentTV/OpenParliamentTV-Wikidata-Service/blob/main/API.md#additional-type-specific-data-fields)
