Create Windows Package for 0.2.0 and get it to yourself.

Test package created and propagated to the devs for testing. Will close once we are satisfied it works ok.

Windows 8 presents an untrusted program alert which you can bypass (no biggie, Macs do this too on fresh downloaded bins) but it installed and ran correctly.

Windows 7 doesn't alert but Norton does and Chrome does. I'm going to ignore this for now unless more people complain. Closing this as working for now
