Add flexibility to the playbook

We must have the most flexible playbooks as possible. We should have to change the master without having acces to internet. So we need:

• A role to install all .deb package and other stuff on all host, whatever their roles
• A role to configure the CUL, choose the Master, Workers, intialize database and launch all services on hosts
