nonsensical files created on s3

I ran task 42: https://tools.openpecha.org/ocr/tasks/42/ and it created completely nonsensical files in

s3://ocr.bdrc.io/Works/5d/W21784/, namely:

info.json
GoogleVisionEngine
     batch-000b/
        images/W21784-5662/56620320.png
    batch-001c/
        output/W21784-W21784-I5662/56620120.json.gz
    ...100s more insane folders like this

Everything about it is just totally wrong:

• there should be just one batch, not 100s
• GoogleVisionEngine should be vision
• info.json should be in the batch folder
• W21784-W21784-I5662 should be W21784-I5662
