RFC00: *Update UI/UX design for Monlam AI tools

With this RFC, we are going to fix the uniformity of UI/UX in the Monlam web app. Mention in [RFW0094]

Include all the dependencies you are going to use while implementing.

Include all the infrastructure required for running the task, such as S3 bucket, EC2 server, etc.

We will implement the above Figma design which will solve the uniformity of UI in the Monlam web app.

Describe the kind of testing procedures that are needed as part of fulfilling this request.

List all the steps involved during implementation.

[x] - Uniform UX for all the model. every model should provide a similar User Experience so the UI need to be as simple and similar across all Models
[x] - Language changes on single click
[ ] - The options during registration have to be localized . that means when user chooses English . the option should be shown in English too
[x] - Position of dark mode and Translation Switcher need to be next to each other (can be changed if UX is compromised)
[x] - Position for language labels in MT should get closer to the switch button ( switch refer for the button for changing direction of translation)
[x] - Predefine text sizes and spacing.
[x] - Specification of files format and size should me visible to users
[x] - Spacing between buttons should be same / Remove Text Area resizing from UI.
[x] - Font not Matching in different platform (need to test on different platform)
[ ] - Current logo need replacement Reason: current logo is not so appealing and doesn't support dark mode
[x] - input File should be mentioned with correct size unit. eg. Kb or Mb etc
