RFW00149: Prepare work sheets for writing Tibetan Cursive

We need to get the work sheets ready for writing Tibetan Cursive for the actual writing of the handwritten text.

Last time we prepared the OCR training data by giving the annotators a line image and they transcribe the given line image on our in house made annotation web app pecha tools. But for the Tibetan Cursive handwriting, we are going to do the reverse of that, where we are going to prepare the proofread text and print A4 papers with text on the odd numbers and blank line on the even number lines, send those to the writers so that they could write those text in cursive. we can gather those papers after done, scan them and crop the cursive lines to use as line image and its transcribed text is right above it.
